Spend a day exploring the flavours of the Mediterranean by making a small selection of simple classic dishes. The Italians, French and Greeks have shown us the way to put together the rich elements of their regional produce – their tomatoes, aubergines, courgettes, lemons, olives and fresh herbs – to make some beautiful dishes.
Here you will make Italian meatballs with spaghetti, Greek moussaka and French soupe menerboise, and chicken escalopes, using tomatoes and capers. One of these dishes will form part of your lunch offered with a small glass of wine ( or a non-alcoholic home-made cordial).
We just ask that you bring your own plastic containers to take away the dishes you make.
