We are celebrating our first birthday after 12 months of hosting an array of tasty and interesting courses and events in our new cookery school!
The birthday open event is taking place Friday 21st April and all welcome to join us, call in at your leisure between 4-8pm, it should be an event to remember…
You can expect to find out a little more about foraging, crafting your own ale, taste some cake or cheese samples, find out more about our courses and grab a glass of prosecco. There will be a little live music from The Recipe whilst we enjoy a slice of birthday cake made by Becky.
Rough timetable of events so far include…
4.45- 5.15pm: Becky- Biscuit decorating (kids)
(Time tbc) Hollie- Head Roaster Ceilo Coffee – Information + coffees for sale
4-8pm: Becky Travelling Tea Ladies with cake samples/ homemade cordials for sale
5.30pm: Andy + Steve – Information about brewing your own ale
6.30pm: Lisa- Edulis Wild Foods – Information of some common wild flowers that can be used in summer foods/ salads and general foraging information
4-8pm: Emily with tasters/ samples of food from her courses running during the spring- summer term
7-8pm: The Recipe- live music – with birthday cake made by Becky
